Subprocessors

A list of third-party services that process personal data on behalf of BankStatementHive.

BankStatementHive uses a small number of carefully selected third-party services ("subprocessors") that may process personal data in the course of providing the Service. We ensure that each subprocessor provides sufficient guarantees to protect your data in line with applicable law, including the GDPR.

What We Don't Share

  • Uploaded bank statement files are processed entirely in memory and are never written to disk or stored in any database on our systems. To extract your data, the file is transmitted to our AI subprocessors (Vercel and Google, listed above) for the duration of processing only; it is not stored by us. Both providers operate under Zero Data Retention — they do not retain your file after the request and never use it to train any model.
  • Analytics are handled by a self-hosted Umami instance running on our own Hetzner infrastructure. No analytics data is shared with any third party.

Changes to This List

We will update this page whenever we add, remove, or change a subprocessor, and update the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes, we will notify users by email where required.
