What a TD Canada Trust statement looks like

TD Canada Trust prints its transaction table with these columns. We read every row exactly as it appears and return clean, normalized data.

  • Dates are printed as MMM D in uppercase with month and day fused (e.g. AUG10) — printed in the fourth column, not the first, with the year carried only by the statement period
  • A Balance column on the far right, opening from a STARTING BALANCE row — older statement vintages print BALANCE FORWARD instead.
  • TD leads with the description and prints the date in the fourth column — almost no other bank does. Amounts are unsigned and split across Withdrawals and Deposits, and transfer codes like TFR-TO carry confirmation numbers fused onto them. We restore full dates from the statement period (including cycles that cross into January), sign every amount, and keep the STARTING BALANCE row out of your totals.

Why convert your TD Canada Trust statement here

TD Canada Trust statements have their own quirks. We built our converter for them.

A layout only TD prints

Description first, date fourth — TD's column order trips parsers built for everyone else. We read the table exactly as printed and return standard date, description, and amount columns.

Fused dates, real years

TD prints AUG10 — month and day welded together, no year anywhere in the row. Every extracted row gets a full date from the statement period, even when the cycle crosses into January.

Beyond the 45-day export

EasyWeb's CSV download reaches back 45 days; the PDF archive holds 7 years. Convert any of them — the CRA can ask for six.

Nothing to lose

If a conversion fails, your credits are refunded automatically — and your first 10 pages are free.

How to download your TD Canada Trust statement

You need the PDF first. Here is where TD Canada Trust keeps it.

Online banking

  1. 1 Log in to EasyWeb and select your account at the top of the screen
  2. 2 Choose "Statements & Documents"
  3. 3 Pick the account under "Get statements & documents by account" and filter by year
  4. 4 Open the statement and use the download icon to save the PDF

Mobile app

  1. 1 Open the TD Canada app and go to My Accounts
  2. 2 Select the account, then open the "Details" tab
  3. 3 Tap "All Statements" and choose the period
  4. 4 Download the statement PDF

EasyWeb keeps up to 7 years of statements while the account is open — but only 18 months after a deposit account closes and 12 months for a closed credit card. TD's own CSV download covers just the last 45 days, so older records exist only as PDFs.

What customers say

"Every converter I tried assumed the date comes first, and TD puts it fourth — my exports were scrambled. This one read the statement the way TD actually prints it."

Melissa Chong

"My mortgage broker wanted a year of chequing history and EasyWeb's download only covers 45 days. I converted the PDFs instead and sent everything over the same morning."

Ryan Kowalski

"TD Visa PDFs won't even let you copy text out of them. This read the pages anyway, and my expense tracking finally reconciles to the statement."
