What a Capital One statement looks like

Capital One prints its transaction table with these columns. We read every row exactly as it appears and return clean, normalized data.

  • Dates are printed as Numeric month/day (MM/DD or MM/DD/YYYY, depending on the statement)
  • Yes — a running Balance column is printed, bracketed by opening and closing balance rows.
  • Capital One prints one signed Amount column with dollar signs rather than separate deposit and withdrawal columns.

Why convert your Capital One statement here

Capital One statements have their own quirks. We built our converter for them.

Dollar signs cleaned up

Capital One prints amounts like "- $42.17". You get plain signed numbers your spreadsheet can sum immediately.

360 Checking and Savings

Monthly checking statements and quarterly savings statements both convert, running balances included.

Credit cards too

Card statements grouped by payments, credits, fees, and interest are flattened into one usable transaction list.

Nothing to lose

If a conversion fails, your credits are refunded automatically — and your first 10 pages are free.

How to download your Capital One statement

You need the PDF first. Here is where Capital One keeps it.

Online banking

What customers say

"Capital One prints amounts like '- $42.17' with the dollar sign baked in, so Excel treated them as text and wouldn't sum. Now I get plain signed numbers that add up on the first try."

Kevin Doyle

"My 360 Checking is monthly and my 360 Savings comes quarterly. Both convert the same way, running balance and all, so I can drop them into one sheet."

Melissa Grant

"Between Quicksilver, the checking account, and savings, I've got statements in three formats. They all come out as one tidy transaction list I can categorize in minutes."
