What a Lloyds Bank statement looks like

Lloyds Bank prints its transaction table with these columns. We read every row exactly as it appears and return clean, normalized data.

  • Dates are printed as DD MMM YY with a two-digit year on every row (e.g. 04 Nov 20)
  • A running Balance column on transaction rows — though statements downloaded for a custom date range only include it if you ticked the balance option, so some PDFs arrive without one. Those convert too.
  • Every row carries one of Lloyds' payment-type codes — DEB, FPI, FPO, DD, SO, TFR, BGC, CPT and more — and longer references wrap across two or three printed lines. We keep the code as its own column, reassemble wrapped descriptions, and handle the slight header differences between statement generations.

Why convert your Lloyds Bank statement here

Lloyds Bank statements have their own quirks. We built our converter for them.

Payment codes, kept and usable

Lloyds tags every transaction with a code — DEB for card payments, FPI and FPO for faster payments, DD, SO, TFR, CPT and more. The code survives as its own column, so filtering salary from spending takes one click.

Wrapped references, reassembled

Standing order and faster-payment references often wrap across two or three printed lines. Each transaction comes back as one clean row with its full description.

Balance column optional

Custom date-range statements can arrive without a running balance unless you ticked the option. We convert them either way — and when the balance is there, we use it to verify the export.

Nothing to lose

If a conversion fails, your credits are refunded automatically — and your first 10 pages are free.

What customers say

"Lloyds' type codes are gold for bookkeeping, but copying them out of the PDF by hand took forever. Now DEB, DD and FPO land in their own column and my client's monthly accounts practically sort themselves."

Rebecca Thornton

"I downloaded a custom date range for my visa application and only later noticed Lloyds had left the balance column off. This still converted every transaction cleanly — no need to re-download anything."

Adeel Hussain

"Our standing order references wrap over three lines on the statement, and every other tool chopped them into separate rows. This one returned each payment as a single row with the whole reference. Reconciling the charity's books got dramatically quicker."

Margaret Ellison
