What a KeyBank statement looks like
KeyBank prints its transaction table with these columns. We read every row exactly as it appears and return clean, normalized data.
- Dates are printed as MM/DD without a year (10/28) — the period prints in full, and cycles can straddle two calendar months (March 5, 2026 to April 6, 2026)
- No running balance on any row and no daily balance table. The Account Summary does the math — Beginning Balance, Deposits (Money In), Withdrawals (Money Out), Fees and Charges, Ending Balance. We rebuild a per-row balance from that chain.
- Deposits, Withdrawals, and Fees and Charges print as separate tables with unsigned amounts — the minus only appears on section totals. Descriptions are truncated ALL-CAPS descriptors like "POS MAC AMAZON.COM*BT9 SEATTLE WA", and the fees table has its own six-column layout. Older KeyBank statements use a different Additions/Subtractions design with a $ only on the first amount of each section; we read both generations visually and re-sign every row.
Why convert your KeyBank statement here
KeyBank statements have their own quirks. We built our converter for them.
Three tables, one signed ledger
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Fees print as separate tables with unsigned amounts. We merge them chronologically, sign every figure by its section, and rebuild the running balance KeyBank leaves off.
Cycles that straddle months
A KeyBank statement period can run March 5 to April 6. We keep the statement's own cycle intact and verify the chain from Beginning to Ending Balance — no calendar assumptions.
Both generations of the layout
KeyBank redesigned its statements — older ones use Additions and Subtractions with different date formats. We read old and new formats visually, so your seven-year archive converts consistently.
Nothing to lose
If a conversion fails, your credits are refunded automatically — and your first 10 pages are free.

What customers say
"KeyBank's own export only talks to Quicken, and even that needed a toggle buried in the Security Center. Uploading the PDF was faster than figuring all that out."
Derek Olson
"With no balance column I never caught errors until the end of the month. The rebuilt running balance matched my Ending Balance to the cent."
Sandra Whitfield
"Seven years of statements for our audit, half of them in the old Additions and Subtractions layout. Every one came back as the same clean spreadsheet."
Tom Brennan
