What a Regions Bank statement looks like

Regions Bank prints its transaction table with these columns. We read every row exactly as it appears and return clean, normalized data.

  • Dates are printed as MM/DD without a year — the period line ("May 16 through June 17") carries it, and cycles span two calendar months
  • No balance next to transactions. A DAILY BALANCE SUMMARY section packs three date-balance pairs per line, and the SUMMARY block totals Checks separately from Withdrawals.
  • Regions prints no column headers at all — gray section banners (DEPOSITS & CREDITS, WITHDRAWALS, FEES, CHECKS) do that job — and checks sit in two side-by-side tables. Card rows embed the merchant, a category code, the city, and your card's last four digits. We infer the columns, un-zip the parallel tables, sign every amount by its section, and rebuild a per-row balance verified against the daily summary.

Why convert your Regions Bank statement here

Regions Bank statements have their own quirks. We built our converter for them.

No headers? No problem

Regions labels its sections with banners instead of column headers. We know a date from an amount from a wrapped merchant line without being told.

Parallel tables, un-zipped

Checks print two tables side by side and daily balances three across. Read top to bottom they interleave into nonsense — we un-zip them into proper rows.

Seven years free, then $5 each

Regions archives seven years of statements online; after that every copy costs $5. Convert your statements while they're a free click.

Nothing to lose

If a conversion fails, your credits are refunded automatically — and your first 10 pages are free.

What customers say

"Regions statements don't even print column headers, and my OCR tool invented its own. This one just knew what each piece was."

Brandon Tillman

"The check section is two tables side by side, and every parser read straight across and paired the wrong amounts. Un-zipped correctly, my reconciliation finally balanced."

Carla Jenkins

"I put off downloading statements until the bank wanted $5 a copy for the old ones. Now everything gets converted the week it posts."
