What a TD Bank statement looks like

TD Bank prints its transaction table with these columns. We read every row exactly as it appears and return clean, normalized data.

  • Dates are printed as MM/DD without a year (e.g. 11/04) — the Statement Period line in the header carries it, and cycles run mid-month to mid-month
  • No per-row balance. Every section ends with a Subtotal line, and a separate Daily Balance Summary prints two date-balance pairs per line for the days the balance changed.
  • TD groups activity by type — Deposits, Electronic Deposits, Other Credits, Checks Paid, Electronic Payments, Other Withdrawals, and Service Charges — with unsigned amounts, so the section decides the sign. Checks Paid prints two checks per line sorted by check number, not date. We un-zip those side-by-side tables, merge every section, and re-sort everything chronologically.

Why convert your TD Bank statement here

TD Bank statements have their own quirks. We built our converter for them.

Seven sections, one timeline

Deposits, Electronic Deposits, Other Credits, Checks Paid, Electronic Payments, Other Withdrawals, and Service Charges are merged into one chronological list with signed amounts — the Subtotal lines are excluded automatically.

Side-by-side tables, un-zipped

TD prints Checks Paid two per line, sorted by check number, and the Daily Balance Summary in paired columns. We read them column-wise, keep the check numbers, and put every entry back in date order.

Years added to every date

Rows are dated MM/DD with no year. We resolve each date against the Statement Period — including cycles that run from December into January.

Nothing to lose

If a conversion fails, your credits are refunded automatically — and your first 10 pages are free.

What customers say

"Our landscaping business writes forty checks a month, and TD prints them two per line sorted by check number. Every export I tried scrambled that table. This one got every check on its own row, in date order, first try."

Frank Iannucci

"TD statements split my month across seven different sections, so I never saw spending in one list. Now deposits and payments come back as a single signed timeline that matches the Account Summary to the cent."

Stephanie Ruiz

"I needed 2019 statements for a loan application and they were still sitting in TD's online banking. Downloaded the PDFs, converted them here, and sent my lender clean spreadsheets the same afternoon."
